  Some of the reviews written were by staff members who work for this particular school. Those reviews are a little bias. It looks bad on a company to have their employee, family members or affiliates to write reviews for their particular business. That clearly does not show any professionalism at all. The headmaster Dr. Goad not only sent us numerous emails of unchristian words of threatening us if I didn't take down my review on yelp. What does that tell you about this school. They are suppose to have Christian but will judge you because of your honest review of your experience. They had a review as well on Facebook but removed all reviews because they do not want any negative reviews at all. I don't write many review for schools let alone a one star review. This school is not for everyone. The School is ran like a coop and students do independent work. More like Homeschooling your child but with a babysitter. Upper school receives about 2 hours a week of instructions only in latin & christian studies. All other subject is self learn and taught by each individual student. They work in their workbooks on their own with out any instructions. Assignments and test are corrected by one student. Lower school has about 6-10 students per teacher. Teacher reads instructions and children are required to turn in their work on their own. Teacher will not check their bags but its is the responsibly of the child in pre K-5th grade to turn in all work. I think the lower school is ok because they do receive more instructions about their work. Each week on Mondays orchestra is taught by an outside teacher Mr Martinez. He is an amazing teacher. My child joys attending his class it the highlight of the week. The school has no nurse on campus in cause of emergency. There is no way to contact the school in case of emergency. All calls will be left un returned, Emails will be left not replied. No security in this campus just cameras. Anyone can just walk on campus. Don't be fooled when majority of the schools students belong to the teachers. Average teacher has about 5 kids. Teachers are not paid but received free tuition for their children. Teaching credentials are not required to teach here. Some teachers do have credentials. Be aware if you decide to send your child to this school and withdraw you are still reliable for the full years tuition. Do your research and asked around with former students or parents. Even homeschool groups before you sign that contract. Parents will not receive any notice if their child is failing or not completing upper school work. As my experience from this school I would never recommend this school to anyone. Especially the upper school. Learning is suppose to be fun and enjoyable. They teach classical curriculum but not classical learning. While Societies taught Plato ...Plato taught Aristotle but Aberdeen Latin school upper school student do their work on their own out of workbooks. To me don't just give a 5 year old books and tell them to learn how to read. I expected more from a private school because one is paying for it but your child will benefit more from public school than at this school completely.

  I am truly thankful that my daughter and son-in-law chose this place to have their forever house built. It's a beautiful area of Cibolo and I can hardly wait for the house to be finished, so we can all move in!

  This school is not for everyone! Don't be fooled. It is not accredited and you need to keep all books, test and quizzes because if you get audited by the state education you will need to show proof of education. (Homeschool) School hours for students is great Monday-Thursday 845am-2pm Although I do love pre K- elementary program. The lower school teachers are great. The class size are small. My son has a ratio of max of 8 kids to 1 teacher. The classrooms are small because it is a house that is converted into a school. They also offer orchestra once a week. Upper school experience. The school works on independent study style. Where a teacher gives you the books and you basically do your work quietly on your own. Teacher doesn't teach. You turn your work in and 1 students grades everyone's work including tests. I think that a student grading work is inappropriate but not to them. What ever happen to privacy of grades? The school is not very diverse. My daughter felt so targeted all the time. For months I didn't know her grades were falling. The teacher never contacted me once. Not a phone call not an email. Emails are left with no response and calls are left unreturned. I spoke with the teacher and she seemed very unconcerned about my child's education. All they said was "This school is not for her but we love your daughter. ". (My daughter was $) So I decided to withdraw my daughter and finish her schooling at home. I would of like for school to work. Yet lack of motivation is a big factor. The teachers don't interact with students in upper school what so ever. You could just buy the same books online and hand them to your kid to complete. What's the fun in that? Children they want to have fun and enjoy school and having friends. Not be dull and boring. Something needs to be done with the math program. Expansion on the math teaching. Math is difficult itself and to just give. Student a book to figure it out for themselves not realistic. Even in college you have a professor that assists with question and teaches the curriculum. The curriculum is not taught. It is a independent work. Which means do it yourself. In case of emergencies I can never contact the school no one ever answers the phone. The admin number is useless. Communication is a big problem. I really had hopes that this school was wonderful but it ended up being a fail. Save your money or go buy the curriculum yourself and teach your kids at home. Especially if your child is going to be in upper school. Save your child the agony of sitting in a classroom doing work quietly for 5 hours a day by themselves while they could of done the same thing at home while being more comfortable. Uniforms runs about $300 a child Books about $500 a child Tuition is going up to $3500 a year which is $1500 more than the previous year. Teachers are not paid but they were getting free tuition for their kids. Some teachers have 6-9 kids while others have 4. No pay equality there. If you also sign the tuition contract and then decide you would like to withdraw your child from this school you are still obligated to pay the whole years tuition. Tuition cannot be prorated. I pulled out my daughter in march and still had to pay Till the end of the year. I am wondering with all the students that dropped out in December and January if they were obligated to pay the rest of the years tuition. Be aware before signing this contract. Prorated tuition will only apply if you move more than 60 miles from the school or a medical note stating that your child must stay home from school. I have tried contacting the admin for this school numerous times and didn't get a response until I wrote on the Facebook wall of the group for the families. I think she is just ignoring me but still if you are running a business you will have to learn how to work with people. If your do not know how to work with people this is where your business will fail.
